Central Expedition Van Nelle Factory nears completion

Offices for You will soon open up for service in the Van Nelle Factory.

In the Central Expedition building a total of 4700m2 of workspaces, offices and meeting rooms will be housed. Ranging from small-scale start-ups to housing medium-size companies, its all possible in this inspiring working environment. Service and meeting are central to the design, which is why a social space and a small supermarket are being realized in the building. Broekbakema has designed the building permit for the renovation of the Central Expedition in conjunction with engineering office Nelissen in a BIM environment.

As the owners of the Van Nelle Factory, Virgata is housing a large and varied profile of functions and companies. Broekbakema has been the coordinating architect for renovations to this UNESCO World Heritage since 2018.
