Broekbakema from now on coordinating architect Van Nelle Factory

The Van Nelle Factory obtained Virgata as the new owner with fresh ideas about the use of the assembly of buildings. With the function of coordinating architect, Broekbakema contributes to the repair activities and adaptations that will upgrade this UNESCO World Heritage monument. The complex was built in the end of the 20’s following the design of Brinkman and Van der Vlugt, the founders of our architectural firm. Broekbakema is situated in the Van Nelle Factory. We are very excited to use our expertise on the field of renovation, transformation and re-use of monuments for this pearl of our oeuvre.
